Supply Chain Coordinator – Level III
DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure CBU aftermarket part availability.
- Optimize CCC Inventory.
- Manage Last Mile Delivery (LMD) to all customers.
- Coordinate between plant IPDC and CCC.
- Lead and guide daily activities of 3+ contractual employees.
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Engage in HSE training.
Quality:
- Follow applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
- Perform quality checks on system planning parameters (e.g., min/max inventory level, re-order point, upper/lower tracking signals).
- Take action to support Plan for Every Part (PFEP).
Delivery:
- Perform supply and demand analysis, highlighting areas of concern for the next 12 months.
- Assist others in gathering and compiling information through primary and secondary research.
- Run planning parameter setting changes in a simulation environment to analyze impact on KPIs and provide detailed reports of results.
- Monitor signals indicating abnormal demand and/or stock levels and adjust planning parameters if approved.
- Enter approved forecast adjustments at the detail level to align with the aggregate demand plan.
- Take ownership and accountability for the disaggregate demand plan, supply plan, and inventory plan that supports customer needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in core competencies.
- Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals.

- Inventory Management and Optimization: Using analytics and algorithms to determine optimal inventory levels across the end-to-end supply chain, providing guidance on planning parameter refinement, and developing inventory strategies.
- Materials KPI Management: Assessing gaps in supply chain performance and strategically balancing trade-offs to influence KPIs while minimizing the impact on others.
- Network Master Supply Planning: Using statistical analysis and collaborating with other disciplines to provide a long-term view of customer demand, ensuring the supply plan aligns with the demand plan.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
