Warehouse Coordinator – Level IV
DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
- Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Promote a safety culture by looking out for one another and correcting hazards within your control.
- Recognize environmental impacts and work to minimize negative effects.
- Lead HSE training and actively engage the workforce in safety practices.
- Quality:
- Follow all applicable standard work, work instructions, and established quality procedures.
- Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
- Perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Identify and control non-conforming material.
- Delivery:
- Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, and store goods to optimize warehouse space.
- Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations.
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills and work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
- Teamwork:
- Communicate effectively with the assigned team and support teams.
- Ensure training completion in line with business requirements.
- Seek ways to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
- Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals.
- Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

- Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College, University, or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills in logistics, warehousing, or third-party logistics provider management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills:
- Acts as a formal resource coordinating others and operations management.
- Coordinates activities across various warehouse functions, including Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc.
- Applies knowledge of trade regulations to minimize risks and costs.
- Manages physical inventory and utilizes inventory control methodologies.
- Uses warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics.
