1. Handling Export and import operations documentation, Customs clearance,
and reverse logistics. LCL, FCL Air Shipment.
2. Advance License tracking shipment tracking closing license & Documentation
with DGFT.
3. Export Return & Rework shipment handling documentation BG, Stamp, Duty
& clearance
4. Deferential Duty benefit certifications.
5. Coordination with DGFT for import license for advance license authorizations
6. Custom clearance of shipments, stuffing, and processing of documents for
submission.
7. Co-ordination with nominated freight forwarders in vessel planning and
consolidation
8. Air Freight Sea freight rate negotiations
9. Arranging Container in the factory for Stuffing and following up with Clearing
Agent
10. Coordinating with the Transporters for Vehicle Status & Negotiating the rates
11. Step by step monitoring of shipment after dispatch from company
12. Confirming B/L Draft approval, MBL, HBL, HAWB releasing.
13. E-way Bill Preparation
14. Checklist Confirmation
15. CTH Confirmation
