• Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve the source-to-pay process, reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, and minimizing risks.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals responsible for procurement, invoicing, and payment activities.
• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Financial Controls: Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the source-to-pay process.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and measure the performance of the source-to-pay function.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with the source-to-pay process, including supplier performance, contract compliance, and fraud.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on procurement and accounts payable.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with procurement and e-procurement systems.
