What would you do? You will be responsible for supporting “Compliance, Regulatory and Initiatives team within Project functions. Role responsibilities include but not limited to, end to end invoice submission process consisting of Tool Training, Invoice copy validation, handholding vendors to upload invoices into tool, Resubmission of Rejected invoices, Queries resolving through calls and mails. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.
What are we looking for? Supporting New Vendor empanelment process by collecting and validating mandatory documents and performing certain quality checks, coordinating with requesters to complete Information Security Assessment where necessary, GST certificate validation and adding new addresses as per GST copy and Following with vendors to obtain “Digital Signatory Details”. Compliance, Regulatory related activities like obtaining, validating LUT and MSMED Certificate details from vendors
Roles and Responsibilities: •The Procurement Operations Associate will: – Train and handholding vendors in submitting invoices in our online tool – Resolve Vendor Queries – Support in new vendor empanelment process – Support in Compliance, Regulatory related activities like collecting, validating LUT and MSMED details from vendor – Support in Accrual follow ups with respect to old invoice submission. – Maintain reports and publish to management – Maintain good working relationships with vendor and stakeholders
