Lead Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

Job Characteristics: Has accountability for a portfolio of data products including product enhancements and future state roadmap. Works with multiple stakeholders to assess impact of proposed solutions, facilitate deployments and supports organizational change management. Prioritizes and supports development and enhancement of existing products to achieve maximum business impact. Coordinates project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and proactively reports out on status and tasks. Coaches employees to make use of technology and information. Is a subject matter expert who in some cases may lead a team of data analysts supporting broader delivery commitments.

Education/Work Experience: Degree and 8+ years’ experience.

Independence Level/Reports to: Acts independently under general direction. May have duties instructing, directing, and checking the work of others. Normally reports to Supply Chain Analytics Manager or Sr Supply Chain Analytics Manager.
