Executive – Supply Planning

What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

• Planning and monitoring FG, raw, and packaging materials at both own and third-party manufacturing locations to prevent manufacturing stoppages.
• Partnering with demand planners to ensure FG availability across distribution centers to achieve a 97%+ service level.
• Implementing supply chain strategies like APO-driven planning to ensure optimal product freshness.
• Conducting MRP and managing material schedules with suppliers to meet inventory targets.
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address capacity issues, maintain supply performance, and ensure material delivery timelines are met.
• Supporting new product development, promotional planning, and cost improvement projects to align material availability and cost goals.
• Ensuring accurate master data in SAP for FG, RM, and PM at TPM locations, managing inventory targets, and actively reducing FG and RPM SLOB.
• Participating in the S&OP process and leading digitization initiatives to enhance supply planning performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Planning & MRP: Develop and amend supply plans in response to demand fluctuations and internal stakeholder feedback.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory targets and drive stock availability, participating in both CIP and localization projects.
• Supplier Management: Foster strong supplier relationships, resolve issues, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Compliance: Ensure SOX compliance and proper documentation; support digitization efforts in supply planning.

Qualifications 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in supply chain or operations (APICS certification is preferred).
• 3-4 years of experience in FMCG supply and material planning.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical abilities and supply chain domain knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Excel and intermediate knowledge of SAP/ERP/APO for material and supply planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
