Associate Manager – Sourcing

 Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India •Hybrid work

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and execute on all aspects of strategic sourcing for medium-to-high complexity (dollar and risk) third-party needs including: supply & demand planning, supplier selection, and contract review and negotiation
  • Support overall category management objectives for Technology commodity (Software, Hardware and IT services)
  • Management of competitive bid processes including RFP’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s
  • Work with our strategic suppliers and internal business units to identify and explore value added transformation opportunities and influence internal stakeholders for adoption with Cost Benefit Analysis.
  • Enforce contract compliance with respect to rates/ costs, SLAs, and other contractual terms in Master Service Agreement. Identify Value leakages, prepare and drive proposals to plug it. •Contract drafting and negotiations on various terms of purchasing agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Data Privacy/Data Transfer Agreements.
  • Making and renewal of contracts
  • Managing various audits respect to sourcing.
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Industry recognized certifications like CIPS /CPSM/ equivalent is preferred
