Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Innomotics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and mitigating risks within our supply chain, ensuring the highest standards of quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness. This role will involve developing and implementing supplier risk management strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships with key suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strategy to bring our Supply Chain Risk Management to the next level
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of current and potential suppliers to evaluate their financial health, operational stability, compliance with regulations, and overall risk exposure.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance and supply chain disruptions.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply in the event of disruptions.
• Continuously monitor supplier performance and risk factors using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular risk reports to management, highlighting potential issues and recommended actions.
• Enhance the setup within the SAP Ariba Risk module to ensure transparency and to identify and mitigate risk for the business community

• Utilize data and analytics to monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supplier risk management and procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and lead change management efforts.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written; German skills would be an advantage.
