Job Description/ Job Requirements:

  • Provide strategic directions for materials & supply chain functions for the organization in the areas of inventory control, quality assurance and value improvement
  • Setting up the operations of all stores in the hospital which are pharmacy, general store & medical consumables.
  • Plan, coordinate and administer the operational, financial, administrative and technical operations of materials management
  • To do material forecasting and planning for the institute
  • Procure supplies, services of medicines and equipments on time and also to maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels and reorder quantities level
  • Ensure all process documents, SOPs, manuals, contracts of vendors etc. are always updated
