Junior Engineer– Logistics & SCM

Experience 2-4 Years

Prepare delivery plan as per commitment or kanban as per customer demand.

Monitoring the transporter end stock & in transit material.

Creation and documentation of logistics process, raising invoice, e-way bill, ASN

Arranging the vehicle to deliver the parts against order acceptance to right destination.

Material accounting & reconciliation of FG materials. Validate & monitoring stock level on daily basic FG parts in line with Min/Max stock level.

Management & control of empties flow, monitoring of receipts & collection of Empty bins, Lids, and reconciliation to be conducted on quarterly basis with customer.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years’ experience as a supply chain engineer in an auto industry (Warehousing, billing, and assurance of customer deliveries).

Familiar in Oracle and MS office.

Super collaboration and communication skill.

Prepare work instruction against packaging standard.

Familiar in the Stock monitoring & Shuttle management.

B.E Mechanical Engineer

2 – 4 years of experience
