JOB Description
1. Buying the goods and services, Fire Fighting equipment, Public Announcement System, CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Fire Extinguishers.
  • Prepare bid documents and supplier bid list to obtain competitive quotations.
  • Pro-active in identifying cost efficiency projects and implementation.
  • Work closely with internal customers to find and device processes for improvement cost and service.
  • Ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders to ensure adequate procurement support for their business requirements.
  • Timely renewal of agreements.
  • Assist and coordinate with proper documentation/information internal/external audits.
  • Assist and coordinate in resolving accounts payable invoice discrepancies and variances.
9. Monthly MIS.
10. Vendor Master Management
11. PO Creation, OPEN PO & PR monitoring, vendor registration, CRM Creation in SAP
 
Educational Qualification- Graduate / Post-Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Business Management
 
Professional Qualification/knowledge – Should have basic knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, GST and Procurement processes.
 
Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years – 2-5 Yrs. in Supply chain Process.
 
IT skills – MS Office, Excel and Advanced Excel Skills, SAP MM Module, ARIBA (P2P & S2P)
 
Behavioural Competencies – Excellent Business communication (spoken and written) skills.
Should be a team player.
Should be work independently.
Basic knowledge of Taxation.
