Job Title:- Supply Chain Analyst.
Job Location:- Pondicherry, India.
Position Summary
Analyze the data related to all travel and credit card accounts to include profile completeness, payment timeliness and any ad hoc maintenance needed from NCR Voyix or the NCR Voyix employee.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of the Travel and Corporate Card programs for EMEA
- Daily management, administration, and support of the Corporate Travel & Expenses (T&E) card program, Procurement Card (PCard) (profile completeness, payment timeliness and any ad hoc maintenance)
- Acts as an interface and liaison for escalated Corporate Credit Cardholder issues with immediate resolution, past due notices, limit adjustments
- Maintain a low level of inquiries in Corp Travel inbox – Hourly
- Process remittance file submissions – Daily
- Review credit card applications – Daily
- Cancel and follow up with terminated cardholders – Weekly
- Prepare and communicate delinquency reporting – Monthly
Additional Job Description
- Must have advanced experience in Excel with the use of complex formulas across multiple files
- 5 years of analytical experience
