Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Planning & execution of vehicle export orders to various countries
  • Statutory compliance – i.e. arranging of proof of exports to Excise, Bank, DGFT, GST authorities
  • Correct and timely documentation to all the agencies i.e. customs, excise, plant and customer an
Experience
No. of years of experience:
  • 5 to 7 years and Experienced logistics background
  • In-depth knowledge of export-import
  • Knowledge on SAP
  • Overall basic product knowledge
  • Commercial acumen
  • Good Communication skills (Command over English)
Industry Preferred
 
Qualifications
Knowledge / Experience / Skills:
  • Qualifications: Commerce graduate with Diploma in Foreign Trade / Export-Import / International Supply Chain (preferable)
  • Knowledge (Specialized, Technical or Professional): Custom rules and regulation, Technical Knowledge on products, Knowledge about rules related to auto / tractor products, Bank process for auto / tractor financing, Knowledge of international trade, Knowledge of international banking and finance
  • Skills: Selling Skills, Negotiation skills, Communication, Interpersonal, Planning and Team-work, Business Acumen, Inter-cultural Sensitivity
Functional competencies:
  • Knowledge of import-export
  • Knowledge of international financing
  • Hands-on experience on SAP, Microsoft Excel etc.
  • Power BI.
  • Basic product knowledge.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to diverse cultures and working styles
  • Flair and panache to build and maintain relationships with plants, shipping liners, CHAs, channel partners and local agencies (finance institutions, banks, key customers)

  • Creativity and latitude to plan and accomplish goals
