Senior Software Engineer, Supply Chain & JustEnough, Global Converse, ITC

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Digital Design & Merchandising, Product Creation, Planning, and Manufacturing Technology team at Converse. You will take directions and work primarily with the Design and Supply team, supporting planning space. You will work closely with our Supply Chain Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment teams, as well as our IT and Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of JustEnough with our existing systems.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced JustEnough Allocation to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and maintenance of JustEnough, ensuring that our allocation and replenishment processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning and allocation, with 3+ years of experience in JustEnough
• Strong technical skills in JustEnough, including data modeling, workflow design, and system integration
• Data management and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL)
• Supply chain planning and optimization tools (e.g.o9, Manhattan Associates, JDA)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or related field
• Just Enough Certified Allocation Specialist certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Lead the technical implementation and maintenance of JustEnough, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and technical solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for JustEnough, including data models, workflows, and system integrations
• Technical issues troubleshoot and provide support to end-users
• Stay up to date with JustEnough releases and updates, ensuring that our system is optimized and compliant with industry standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including IT, Data Analytics, and Supply Chain teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose technical solutions to drive business value
