The opportunity:
 
Overseeing warehouse operations: Managing the entire flow of goods from receiving to dispatch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
Implementing operational SOP
Resource allocation: Managing equipment, personnel, and other resources effectively to meet operational needs
Monitoring performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, picking accuracy, dispatch accuracy, NYR, identify areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance: Adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements, as well as company policies and safety regulations
Planning for future capacity requirements: Analyzing storage needs and anticipating future space requirements
Supervising warehouse staff: Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity and quality targets are met
Scheduling work rotas: Creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards: Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations
 
What you’ll need to succeed:
7+ years of experience in FMCG/Retail/e-Commerce/Quick Commerce industry.
