Key Responsibilities:

📦 Material Handling & Documentation

• Physically check, verify quantity, and unload incoming RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packaging Materials), and R&D consignments.
• Prepare GRR (Goods Receipt Report) and related documentation.
• Label all incoming materials (Quarantine, Released, Rejected, Sampled).
• Maintain daily receipt and pending vehicle reports.

🗂️ Storage & Segregation

• Store materials in quarantine and arrange for inspection and clearance.
• Segregate and store rejected materials in designated areas.

📚 Compliance & Record-Keeping

• Maintain GMP documentation and follow safety protocols.
• Keep controlled substance registers (e.g., Methanol, Absolute Alcohol, Acetic Anhydride).
• Forward GRRs, invoices, and tax forms to relevant departments (Accounts, Excise).

🔄 Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics for rejected goods return and DTA sales.
• Assist in loading spent solvents/scrap.
• Serve as backup for Assistant Officer Warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department in-charge.

🛠️ Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Safety compliance
• Documentation and record-keeping
