Key Responsibilities:

1. Shift-wise Production Analysis & Updates
   • Monitor and analyze production performance for each shift and report deviations.
2. Raw Material Management
   • Raise requisitions and arrange raw materials for machine operations.
3. Quality Assurance
   • Work closely with the Quality Team to achieve zero rejection targets.
4. Maintenance Coordination
   • Collaborate with Maintenance and Electrical teams to minimize breakdowns.
5. Planning & Special Projects
   • Assist Section Head in special planning and departmental projects.
6. Packing Material Management
   • Raise requisitions for packing materials to convert semi-finished goods into finished goods.
7. Process Improvement
   • Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
8. Team Collaboration
   • Work with other production team members to ensure seamless operations.
9. Documentation
   • Prepare job cards and ensure alignment with GTP (General Technical Parameters).
10. Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain 5S and Kaizen practices; apply Poka-Yoke techniques to eliminate non-standard practices.

 Skills & Qualifications:

• BE BTech- Electrical / Mechanical
• Experience: 0-1 year
• Strong knowledge of production processes and material management
• Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke principles
• Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of quality and maintenance practices
