The contents of the CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) consist of five subjects (modules).
What is distinctive is the relationship between modules.
One, there are three practical modules, such as Master Planning of Resources, Detailed Scheduling and Planning, and Execution and Control of Operations, in the center of all modules that hold down the basic concepts and practical fundamentals of production and inventory management.
In addition, Strategic Management of Resources, which encompasses all of this, is a module that teaches how to strategically invest resources in order to realize the best SCM in a real business, taking into account external factors in addition to concepts, foundations, and practical details.

A module that understands the basic concepts of how things flow in the supply chain, from suppliers to customers. It is also a place to learn basic knowledge about what you will learn more deeply in subsequent modules.
