We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Procurement Compliance to join our team at Quest Global. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the compliances and related initiatives across the procurement organization.Responsibilities:

• The individual drives policies, new initiatives and sustainability efforts across the procurement organization
• Coordinate with Internal / External audit teams/functions.
• Drive Metrics and KPIs across the procurement organization, Improving the performance efficiency.
• Drive Best practices for ensuring procurement compliance include developing clear policies, training employees, implementing strong internal / External controls.
• Leveraging technology for automating processes , managing suppliers, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration for comprehensive compliance strategies.
• Support tool development

Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in procurement, with exposure in multiple categories.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently , understand business and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
