Associate, Procurement Analyst

This position is responsible for managing the Coupa requisitioning process escalations, serving as an interface with stakeholders. The position will ensure that the requisitioning process complies with the procurement policies and procedures and the agreed SLAs and quality parameters are met.

This position reporting to the Procurement Support team lead, will support a centralized data driven function with connected processes, efficient operations, effective governance, trusted data and support developing enhancements to the process in order to operationalize best-in-class processes and practices at Vantive

Key Duties:

• Coupa purchase requisition to purchase order process in Coupa cross all regions of Vantive.

· · Responsible for reviewing Purchase Requisitions (PR), creating/ deleting/ updating Purchase Orders (PO), approving POs within the defined thresholds, level II service desk queries, ad hoc requirements related to integration failures with ERP and maintaining Contracts in a timely manner consistent with procurement policies and guidelines.

• Participate in the user acceptance testing for new system enhancements, system upgrades and implementations.
• Support in Coupa BOT implementations, testing and enhancements, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance to procurement policies and standards across Vantive globally.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) for accuracy such as data quality checks and data audits.
• Adhere to the SLA based delivery model to ensure timely handling of Critical and escalated PRs.
• Provide ideas for continuous improvement and development of the process.
• Train the stakeholders on compliance, policies and best practices.
• Documentation – Creation and maintenance of guidelines, training materials and SOP’s.
• Work with the Indirect Systems team to enhance system functionality and escalate any issues regarding the respective applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 to 4 years’ relevant business and people management experience in Procurement or Supply Chain discipline.
• Strong working knowledge Procurement Operations, Supply Chain best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and systems.
• Experience with tools and systems like Coupa/ JDE/GME/ ServiceNow/ Sharepoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests and expectations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a Global environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
• Demonstrate a strong capacity to work through diverse challenges with a calm and thoughtful approach.
• Demonstrate leadership when collaborating with others. Excellent communication skills, including listening skills, are at the foundation of all good relationships and a pre-requisite to be successful in this role.
