Asst. Manager – Logistics Payable

Job Description

  • Ensure smooth facilitation of accounts payable for logistics vendors.
  • Implement and manage the Transport Management System (TMS) Module.
  • Manage vendors and the contracting process.
  • Oversee timely query resolution related to vendor payments.
  • Ensure accurate balance confirmation processes and periodic NDC collection from vendors.
  • Maintain the MIS as per requirement.
  • Purchase order and Service Request creation.
  • Strengthen the Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale (QCDSM) culture through Kaizen and Quality Improvement Programs (QIP)
