Job Title: Assistant Manager-Supply Chain Planner Reports To: Deputy General Manager – Supply Chain Role Type: Individual Contribution

Location: Mysuru

Main Purpose of the Role

The individual will be a part of the Supply Chain Team, with a main focus on receiving forecasts from the Sales Team, checking demand versus available capacity, procuring components, planning production, and delivering to customers. During this process, it is essential to ensure that Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) align with our defined targets. Close coordination with Sales, Suppliers, and the Factory is necessary to ensure customers are serviced on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate actions leading for uninterrupted material flow with the help of supply chain and purchasing and shared operations for the channel group
• Coordinate communications at all levels, union and others as part of weekly, monthly and quarterly planned schedules.
• Adhere to and improve awareness of health & safety and environment issues – compliance with ISO14000, OHSAS and contemporary standards
• Develop positive team spirit and work climate, encourage and implement actions generated through WCA
• Co-ordinate with Sales and Quality for New Product Development, Customer complaints response and action planning and Customer Audits
• High level of personal drive and commitment in delivering results
• Co ordinate with all the team members with in Supply chain in achieving the Suppply Chain KPI’s
