Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Middle East Africa IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA, and a deep knowledge of supply chain processes. This role will be instrumental in driving digitalization within the supply chain domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Requirement Gathering: Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that support Supply Chain operations.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and perform test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborator Management: Effectively communicate with collaborators at all levels, encouraging positive relationships and addressing their concerns.
  • ERP Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, including its core modules and functionalities related to Supply Chain.
  • Operations: Offer and assist with user training as needed, encompassing root cause analysis, incident management, and process improvement

Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a supply chain domain.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
