What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

• Driving the development of category practices for Raw Material and R&D category, including sourcing strategy definition, deployment, and stakeholder management, to maximize total cost of ownership savings and Procurement’s value contribution while achieving compliance with policies, strategies, and processes

• Striving to meet the mutually agreed Procurement targets contributing to the overall budgeting targets

• Supporting the development and execution of the Supplier Relationship Management program “Everyday Care Together” through reporting and digitalization support

• Maintains and manages relationships with suppliers identified as key suppliers in the selected category and region, monitors performance of key strategic suppliers according to the guidelines
• Supports the identification of potential contract improvement opportunities and re-negotiations

• Is accountable for supplier scouting, selection, and development

• Initiates internal and external analysis (industry and supplier)

• Consolidates requirements, acting as a business partner for business / other functions, supporting the alignment and optimization of specification with the business / other functions

• Supports New Product Development formula costing for appointed projects and ensure launches are aligned with raw material Sourcing Strategies.

• Provides reporting support on performance KPIs of the program to track impact
• Collaborates with program pillar leads and procurement owners of strategic supplier relationships to track progress on key initiatives

• Supports the digitalization of Supplier Relationship Management processes, and new tools and best practices implementation

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of Supply chain procurement experience

• Experience in cost modelling, sustainability, contracting etc. related to Supplier chain procurement

• Experience in project management and KPI performance reporting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• MBA or relevant post graduate education is a PLUS
