• Assisting the project roll out & support across various teams to get contract/implementation done on time.
• To learn current process, identify bottlenecks and solution it out.
• Carrier/vendor management & to maintain good referable relationship.
• Support in providing initial advisory, Manage Procure events and provide data backed suggestions.
• On time implementation & adherence to Go live timeline.
• To manage internal & external stakeholders and to take collaborative decisions.
• Understand the business requirement of the Client and recommend best practices.
• Manage end to end procurement event of the clients.
• Customer first mindset & to perform utmost client satisfactory level.
• To be a good team player.
• Good command over MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Responsible for enhancing & enriching the SOPs for process improvement.

Requirements

• Domain knowledge & experience (min 3 to 5 years) on Freight procurement in North America/ Europe/Asia pacific markets.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in handling international movements (export & Import).
• Flexible for Global work shift timings
• Market intelligence on the Transportation costs and logistics operational constraints.
• Experience in using/implementing different procurement platforms.
• Skills on specialized movements like Chemical, oil, cement, car/two wheeler carrier, dumper/ tippers, Reefer etc., will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Hindi language (speaking) will be an added advantage
