Deputy General Manager, Supply Planning
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Defining, documenting, and aligning end-to-end business processes in supply planning and inventory planning
Partnering with the business stakeholders in driving process redesign and optimization efforts to improve the efficiency of supply planning operations, inventory planning and production planning for all SKUs
Driving S&OP process and initiate issue-based discussions, taking responsibility for supply plan alignment between various stakeholders, coordinating with Master Data Management teams etc.
Driving the technology implementation of all supply planning and execution related design activities in alignment with the business stakeholders
Leading Agile teams and own execution success of supply chain planning technology implementations
Leading change management through collaboration with multiple business stakeholders, conflict resolution and critical problem-solving abilities

Experience
10-15 years
Industry Preferred
Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Masters degree with specialisation in supply chain or operations management
Certifications in supply chain would be desirable
Masters degree with specialisation in supply chain or operations management
Certifications in supply chain would be desirable
General Requirements
- Technical aptitude to understand and integrate business strategies with technology to deliver value
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate cross functional teams along with a strong business orientation and ability to influence stakeholders
