Distribution Strategy Lead

Job Description

Job Summary
This role is responsible for building relationship, leading the business plan, managing transactions and finding new opportunities for growth with assigned distributors. The role manages operational and tactical activities to support internal processes. The role handles project communication, talent-management and proactively identifies process improvement opportunities, and gives recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Enable Distributors to expand reach in T2/T3 Cities and drive discussion for growth.
  • Manage Transactions like Order loading , Inventory Management, Sell through.
  • Collaborate Internally with stake holders like Category, Sales, Supply, Business planners and others to ensure market plans are met.
  • Forecasting of order loading , revenue numbers and ensuring supply to meet the goals.
  • Managing the Weeks of Inventory at each T1 to improve ROI.
  • Cross functional work with finance and supply chain for smooth operation.
  • Responsible for delivering the allocated quota to meet revenue targets.
  • Work on route to markets in low share low reach geographies across the country.
  • Responsible for aligning different functions for delivering of distributor agenda.
  • Conducting Quarter Reviews to improve business.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience
