SAP, Excel, Import Documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Creation, execution, and timely delivery of purchase orders of parts for both production & spares requirement.
• Communicate professionally with global suppliers via email/call for quotations, confirmations, and shipment updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials by tracking shipments and resolving delays.
• Maintain and update procurement trackers and internal reports.
• Handle import documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipment details.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Stores, Logistics, Accounts) for smooth material flow.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across departments and with external partners.

Requirements:

• Proficiency MS Excel and in SAP (preferable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Knowledge of import documentation.
