Job Description

What’s this role about?

Proficiency in SCM software and tools (Oracle EBS)
Oracle’s supply chain management (SCM) modules include order management,inventory, planning, logistics, and other features that can help businesses manage their supply chains
Cisco Relevant experience of minimum 1 years or more
Analyst needed for an Operations Engagement to work for a 24*7 Support
Should be able to work in shifts
Will be responsible for Alert Handling and Incident Reduction
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge on PL/SQL is required.
