Your role in Instamart:

You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience on Instamart. The role will

be in the central team based out of Bangalore. There are multiple teams you’d be working in

this role including but not limited to Storefront, Product development, Product

Design and Supply Chain.

• Help improve the user experience and be a custodian of the consumer first guard-rails.
• Identify the right consumer need-state and map the right assortment via search, merch

and browse

• Enhance discovery and navigation journey for consumers
• Develop highly relevant hyperlocal and segmented campaigns to maximize conversion

with healthy basket-sizes

• Work with design solutions and merchandising operation teams to set-up high quality

user-journeys.

• Help build monetization and creative trackers.
• Track campaign performance

Desired Candidate:

• A belief that consumers come first.
• Understanding of online consumer behavior, merchandising & experience in B2C

product development.

• Strong analytical skills, willing to experiment and solve problems based on data.
• Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• MIS skills, should know how to run snowflake querries
• Comfort in working in a high growth and high-performance team with a fast pace.
• Prior experience of at-least 2 years in either of Storefront/Homepage, Demand Shaping,

Loyalty and Retention, Category Marketing or Visibility Management roles.
