Executive – Operation Controlling

• Support Be a finance business partner & provide financial analytical support to enable to the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions to make decisions & achieve targets. Support with identified actions to drive opportunities and reducing cost with sound analysis and data-based facts.
• Supports budgeting of manufacturing cost and variance & provide necessary reports to local management, APAC and corporate using SAP ERP.
• Support in closely work with Manfacturing & Supply Chain to help them to improve the processes and Controls.

• Budgeting of Product cost and Manufacturing Variance: Support in preparing and presenting key insight regarding the standard cost budgets, and manufacturing variance every year and do the cost roll up in SAP for multiple countries/market
• Cost Analysis: Support in understanding variances in actual costs to forecast, budget including previous years and presenting variances to business functions, management and regional finance teams for multiple market.
• Benchmarking: Support in recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
• Drive Cost Deployment (CD) Pillar in WAM Initiative: Assist in driving the CD pillar for manufacturing and supply chain as per the CD guidelines and working towards identification of wastages and classifying them as attackable and not attackable.
• Process Improvements: Closely work with manufacturing and Supply chain teams to bring improvement in the process and help them in improving their performance and automation of certain process.
• Reporting: Support in reporting the manufacturing variance/manufacturing margin and other required reports to local, regional and corporate management as per the timelines for multiple plants/market
• SAP Process: To understand and work efficiently in SAP and HFM. Look for improvements in SAP for automation of report.
• Preparation of Weekly Dashboard: On weekly basis preparation of weekly dashboard for multiple manufacturing KPIs along with monthly forecast for multiple plants
• Cost Audit & Statutory Audit: Actively participate in providing the input to Cost and Statutory Auditors for Cost Controlling area with objective to complete overall Audit on time.

• B. Com/ M. Com with CA /CWA.

• 2-3 years

• Operation Controlling, Costing, Budgeting,

• Hands on experience in working closely with Manufacturing and supply Chain to drive processes and cost reduction initiatives.
• Hands on in costing and variance analysis.
• Hands on experience in SAP, HFM, BI etc. to work efficiently.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
• Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line costing analysis
• Hands on experience on inventory valuations and accounting principle.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working with a senior management team along with the ability of influencing at a senior level including the ability to ‘tell the story’ in a concise and effective manner, adapted for the audience.

• English & Hindi.

• Must Have worked on SAP and Excellent skills on in MS-Excel
