General Manager – Supply Chain Management
QUALIFICATION:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management / MBA in Material & Logistic Management
- Graduate in Pharmacy will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE:
- 8 to 10 Years
- Hospital Experience will be an added advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the hospital Inventory requirements
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Inspect the levels of hospital supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Ensure product stock is adequate and can cover the demand from departments across the hospital
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
- Have ROLs set for all major inventory material and ensure that orders are placed well in time to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies
- Analyze current data to anticipate future needs and also assess whether demand for certain inventory is cyclical in nature
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
- Any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD/Management in the course of business/work whether within the same unit/dept or any other unit/dept from time to time
