Job Summary:

• Lead decision making process for formulation siting and optimization
• Key liaison between business and manufacturing for Global New Product Launches (GNPLs)
• Drive Strategic Supply Chain Projects to improve business operations & help management in decision making

JOb Responsibilities:

• Ensure GNPLs are progressing according to schedule, highlighting issues for escalation
• Act as key liaison between India Formulation Manufacturing teams and global organization
• Identify suitable formulation plants for GNPLs
• Lead cross functional teams to deliver strategic supply chain projects
• Enable analytics in organization & across teams
• Understand business models & data structure behind it.
• Support Supply Chain Category Managers with data analysis
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Ensure high quality, adherence to standards and best practices for all deliverables & ensure the smooth deliveries
• Team and work management – Deliver Value, Work Prioritization, Delivery Management
• Stakeholder management – Understand leadership requirements, Liaison with functions (Supply chain, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing etc ) and Central/Regional teams, Drive change

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Overall, 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics) from a premier institution
• Good understanding of operations/manufacturing/supply chain
• Data Analysis, Data Management, Project Management, SAP, BW, Advanced Excel (Required)
• Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to break a problem down into smaller parts and develop a solution based approach
• Strong analytical bent of mind with strong communication/persuasion skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
• Creative & Excellent Reasoning Skill
