Group Supply, part of Business Area Networks (BNEW), is on a journey enabling technology and market leadership in mobile networks and entering the supply chain for focused expansion into enterprise, driving digitalization and creating connected supply chains e-2-e. We are now looking for Head of GSU MOAI Supply Operations. The position is part of the Group Supply MOAI leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MOAI. As the Head of GSU MOAI Supply Operations you will lead a large team from inbound to outbound to ensure we have an efficient plan driven operation with timely and predictable deliveries toward our customers.
What you will do
- Driving inbound supply chain based on planned requirements and ensure good supplier relationships
- Ensure we have predictable deliveries through our segmented lead time concept
- Develop our regional Supply Hubs with increased focus on standardized and scalable capabilities meeting product portfolio and customer needs
- Drive outbound planning to destination and make sure we have full transparency and predictability in our delivery dates
- Form productive teams and manage Business Continuity
- Oversee OKR/Scorecard and manage Risks, initiating mitigation actions where necessary
- Drive for a lean and agile Supply Chain while ensuring Supply Process adherence for your unit following the Ericsson Supply Model
You will bring

- Financial understanding with a data driven, analytical, structured and result oriented approach.
- You have a relevant academical background and 10+ years of working experience, most of them in leadership positions within Supply Chain Management
