What will you be doing?

Finished goods verification & movement to warehouse.

Throughput, location maintenance & arrangement, warehouse 5S and safety.

Dispatch planning, lead for material picking & packing.

Responsible for DTA/SEZ/EOU customer outward documents including invoice, delivery challan, gate pass and declarations.

Invoicing, E-Invoice & Eway bill preparation.

Dispatch document printing – Invoice, packing list, CoA/CoC, eway bill and other supporting documents.

Transport planning for local deliveries.

Barcode label processing for specific customers.

Updating ASN, DMS in customer web portal for specific customers.

Responsible for hard copy storage and record retention.

MIS & reporting.

Support audit team for documents verification.

Customer sample dispatch follow up.

FG warehouse stock reconciliation with ERP.

Customs master data maintenance.

Daily dispatch communication to customer.

Someone with 3-4 years of experiences from manufacturing or 3PL warehousing environment. Preferably with SAP or JDE or other ERP experience. They key experiences should include inventory handling, warehouse, transport planning & execution.

What competencies will you need?

Ideally , someone with good experiences in inventory handling, warehouse, transport planning & execution. One whom is familiar with JDE and SAP and comes from manufacturing and 3PL warehouse.
