Logistics Manager

1. Branch Operations & Inventory Management:

• Conduct daily voucher audits, sales, and commercial reviews.
• Monitor pending orders against fresh production arrivals.
• Regular stock audits across branches.
• Oversee new customer/product creation, ensuring necessary approvals.
• Manage taxation compliances.

2. Customer Management (Onboarding & Closure, Credit Management, Recovery Cases):

• Oversee customer onboarding and closure processes.
• Handle customer credit management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Lead the recovery process for overdue accounts, including legal proceedings.

3. Order Processing & Planning:

• Coordinate with Sales teams, supply planning, order booking, and dispatch scheduling.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing for seasonal supply planning and execution.
• Ensure alignment with the unique supply chain requirements of the seed industry.

4. Logistics (Transport & Courier Management):

• Manage transport and courier operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, timeliness and

efficiency.

• Monitor Approval vendor bills related to logistics operations.
• Plan and oversee seasonal supply chain logistics, including warehouse space allocation.

5. Accounts Receivable & Commercial Calculation & Accounting (Scheme Accounting):

• Manage and review commercial schemes, including proposal reviews and circular

issuance.

• Oversee scheme discount working and approval processes.
• Conduct periodic NRV control reviews and implement pricing revisions.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and initiate timely collection follow-ups.
• Conduct credit limit reviews and approvals for distributors.
• Oversee balance confirmation and reconciliation of trade accounts.

6. Reporting & MIS:

• Generate and present monthly financial reports on sales and collections.
• Prepare annual reports on freight and branch operations.
• Provide periodic reports to the sales team covering sales, collection, outstanding aging,and stock movement.
