Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.You will oversee the procurement process for loyalty program materials and services, managing the
negotiation and purchase of hardline products category.
 
About this role – You will oversee the procurement process for loyalty program materials and services, managing the negotiation and purchase of hardline products category. This role requires a strategic approach to supply chain management to ensure the highest quality products are procured at optimal prices. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and support the overall procurement strategy.
 

About Team:
Managing the purchase strategy, developing, and implementing the operating system, and ensuring to develop the business solution to deliver business objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Sourcing and Procurement:
o Identify and evaluate suppliers for hardline products, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
o Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
o Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
o Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
 Vendor Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and performance.
o Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
o Conduct regular supplier audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
 Inventory Management:
o Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.
o Analyze usage patterns and forecast demand to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
o Implement inventory management strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
 Cost Management:
o Track and analyze procurement costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
o Develop and implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality.
o Prepare and present cost analysis reports.
 Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
o Collaborate with the legal department to manage contract negotiations and resolve disputes.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with product development, quality assurance, and logistics teams to
ensure seamless procurement processes.
o Provide procurement support for new product launches and projects.
o Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to overall business strategy.
 

Key Skills/Experience Required:
 Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the hardline products or category in e-commerce/loyalty programs.
 Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement.
 Experience with international sourcing and import/export regulations.
 Familiarity with ERP systems.
 

Professional Qualification :
Master degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
