Manager Logistics & Warehousing

• This position will be responsible for managing & optimizing teh flow of material, products (Agricultural machineries) and information throughout the supply chain.
• Coordination with varrious stakeholders to ensure effecient production and timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline operations & reduce costs.
• Oversee transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection and freight cost settlement.
• Collaborate with vendors and third party logistics providers to optimize supply chain processes.
• Oversee the daily operations of warehouses, stockyards & distribution centers in terms of managing receiving, stocking, packaging, shipping operations and the management of the people and system supporting this operations from end to end.
• Manage inventory levels and sale order processing at multiple 3PL warehouses.
• Taking an active role in implementing, maintaining and improving processes to reduce overall freight & operational cost.
• Monitoring obsolete and inactive inventory on regular basis resulting in the reduction of off-site storage.
• Receiving the quotations from logistic service providers, rate / contract negotiation & finalization.
• Developing various MIS reports & Dashboards for material management from receipt to sales.
• Annual Budget preparation for related expences and management.
• Hands on experince for finalizing rate & service contracts with serive providers on regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in logistics operations.
