• Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability, demonstrating a cost-conscious mindset and implementing measurable cost-saving measures

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal prices and terms, utilizing strong negotiation skills

• Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate procurement records, and implement efficient inventory management systems

• Coordinate with finance department for budget alignment and cost analysis

• Maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials to construction sites

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate or construction industry

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Rs. 8 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
