Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee our daily operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operations of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Process Improvement: Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Team & Budget Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff; prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.

Supply Chain & Quality Control: Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics; ensure all operations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational effectiveness; prepare and present reports to senior management.

Project Management & Execution: Ensure timely project execution, manage resource allocation, and oversee production, services, and R&D projects. Plan and execute field inspection projects and oversee product manufacturing, assembly, and testing.

Field Service & Team Training: Plan and execute field inspection projects, manage technical field team activities, and train and upskill the field and support team.

Travel & Decision-Making: Travel to critical project sites (approximately 25%) to ensure efficient execution; make quick, smart decisions under demanding timelines.
Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to plan efficient travel and work execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Preferably Civil/Mechanical

Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within Marine Robotics industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in using operations management software and tools like Zoho Projects.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
