Job Overview:

We are looking for a Plant Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day plant activities, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plant management, production planning, quality control, and compliance within the cosmetics or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Monitor and manage daily plant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely production.
Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to GMP, ISO, and industry regulatory standards.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Equipment & Maintenance: Oversee plant machinery and ensure preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Workforce Management: Supervise plant staff, ensure safety compliance, and enhance workforce efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on production efficiency, downtime, and process improvements.

Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
✔ Experience: 3+ years in plant operations, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, oral care, or FMCG manufacturing.
✔ Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems and process automation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
