What this job involves: The Contract Specialist is a centralized resource responsible for accurately performing tasks associated with contract management and administration. This role will be responsible for day-to-day activities from processing contract requests and approvals to executing contracts and maintaining key program activities. The Contract Specialist is Client facing and must be able to provide customer obsessed support to Vendors and stakeholders, both in-person and virtually.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Facilitate the contract process from idea to execution through direct engagement with vendors and stakeholders
Support contract reporting and analysis to ensure alignment with Client objectives and goals
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of program objectives
Maintain reports, templates and analysis consistent with company and Client branding requirements
Identify opportunities and effectively communicate to the team to streamlineand improve the process
Actively engage with team and stakeholders on open tasks and provide resolution in a timely manner
Ensure customer experience is at the forefront of every client interactionwhile still adhering to approved policies and procedures
Perform additional job duties, as requested

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2 -3 years prior experience in supply chain, operations, project, program, change management or related fields
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Ability to work independently – strong prioritization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook)
