Procurement

  • Managing end to end Indirect Procurement by delivering high service level per agreed targets, Proactively & effectively manage Risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate the eproc systems and tools for Purchase order Management
  • Implemented automation Project and Service now ticketing system for P2P process.
  • Have Executed Cost Reduction, Process Improvements, and Optimization projects working with different stake holders that aimed at increasing the profits and operational efficiencies.
  • Implementing systems, controls, procedures and driving efficiencies
  • Effectively planning & implementing budgetary control, forecasting, improving profitability and driving up-sell opportunities
  • Possess hands on experience in driving continuous improvements, digital transformation, value creation, improving financials and building structured governance.
  • Effective leadership capability to federate multi-cultural teams and drive consensus in a transversal organization with the objective of being real time and Future Ready business.
