Role: Procurement Executive
Reporting To: Procurement Manager
Experience: Hands-on experience in a procurement role in the past company
Location: Mumbai.
Remote Work: This is not a remote work role. The role will involve travel to Warehouse (Bhiwandi) and/or Andheri on any given day.

About the job:
The Whole Truth is a 100% Clean Label brand that does not use any preservatives. This results in reduced shelf life and a complex Supply Chain.

  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery times, and reliability
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet the organization’s needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and provide support and guidance
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding damaged or faulty products in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing activities
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
