Your Role

Meet material performance all categories, incl. P2P/NCP, Design Optimization, Inbound Logistics, Mtl. Utilization etc. for JP/KR/SG/IND businesses.
Execute SCM Product Development Process (PDP) program management to meet flawless launch objectives (Quality, Operating Income & Revenue)
Support country business pursuits targets and make sure BOM is competitive at pursuit, PDP and mass production phases.
Assure on-going operational excellence of purchased material within product line for the life of the program (quality, delivery).
Support the country Growth Strategy and align with category/SQ&D on supplier development strategy.
Ensure program profitability by supporting customer quoting process and acting as material champion in support of winning new business.
Support Manufacturing footprint through Best Cost Country (BCC), In region-for-region and VOI etc
Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar qualification
More than 10 years of experience in Global Supply Management with internationally operating corporations, including over 2 years of supervisor/management role.
Extensive knowledge of global electronics and mechatronics supplier base and manufacturing processes for Automotive applications
Ability to manage supplier relationships with absolutes of ethics and integrity, and experience in working “up front” with suppliers to ensure superior material performance
Proficiency in business finance to support business decisions
Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skill
