Product Marketing Manager – Supply Chain

 

Aera is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with expertise in supply chain management and deep industry knowledge in CPG or Pharma. In this role, you’ll craft compelling narratives, create engaging demo content, and connect directly with supply chain leaders to demonstrate how Aera’s Decision Intelligence transforms operational efficiency.

 

Success Metrics:

• • Product revenue performance (vs. target)
  • Win/loss rates
  • Product pipeline, forecast
  • Number of customer references secured
  • Sales adoption of enablement materials

About You

• • Must have 8+ years of Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, challenges, and opportunities, with specific knowledge of CPG and Pharma industries.
  • Strategic Positioning: Proven ability to craft value propositions and messaging that resonate with supply chain leaders, IT decision-makers, and business executives.
  • Storytelling Mastery: Experience in translating operational complexities into clear, compelling narratives that highlight the impact of Decision Intelligence.
  • Content Creation: Superior skills in developing a variety of content, including whitepapers, demo narratives, case studies, and presentations tailored to the supply chain domain.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
  • Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research to gather insights and identify opportunities within the supply chain space.
  • Campaign Development: Expertise in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns for CPG and Pharma industries, focusing on demand creation and reputation building.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience in creating sales tools like value proposition templates, competitive analysis, and discovery questions to support sales teams.
  • Customer-Centricity: Empathy for supply chain leaders, ensuring messaging addresses their specific needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with enterprise applications and digital solutions in supply chain optimization, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Creative thinker capable of finding innovative ways to position Aera’s solutions in competitive markets.
  • Educational Background: MBA or a degree in supply chain management, engineering, or applied sciences preferred. 8+ years of experience in product marketing or supply chain roles required..
