Sidel is looking for a Project Manager Logistics, part of the EPM Organization , who will be responsible for; 1. Providing professional suggestion on Incoterm 2020 and logistic risk evaluation to PME and sales teams. 2. Supporting all EPM logistic imports/exports in AMEA sub-regions according to QTCE process in OTIF. 3. Working with customers for customs declaration and monitor customs risks and penalties. 4. Developing continuous improvement/initiatives. 6. Demonstrating Key Leadership Behaviors.

Your Mission

Responsible for the below:

• Logistics budget for pre-contracting
• Support to EPM and sales team for group Incoterm 2020 guidelines.
• Logistics risk management.
• Involvement in L/Cs drafting concerning logistics functions.
• Monthly logistics review meetings with PME and forwarding agents.
• Tracking for space booking and feed back to shareholders during transportation.
• Logistics management of Missing parts, 3PE warranty parts, damage parts, emergency & site recall parts
• Claims to the insurance companies in case of any equipment damage during transportation.
• Achieving Yearly KPIs.

Your Profile

Education and Languages:

• Bachelor in Engineering, Master’s degree or Equivalent
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Foreign language as per regional allocation is a plus

Required experience and skills:

• 5 years’ experience and proven track record in Project Management of capital projects
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio and Systems design is a plus
• Knowledge of Contracts , Logistics & Incoterms.
• Knowledge of project financials
