Warehouse Management

Inbound & Outbound

Following SOP

Storage – Warehouse Layout, arrangement of tasks

Transportation Management

Facilities Management – Security, Safety, Housekeeping, Hygiene

Workers Management

Vendor development, Rate negotiations

Customer service

Communication with customers, ensuring on-time and in-full, Sales return and issuing credit note.

Inventory Management

Ensuring inventory controls and ensuring accuracy for maintaining quality standards.

Coordination with Central Supply Chain Team, Finance & Statutory
