Job Overview

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager Logistics, in Solution Delivery, Digital Solutions & IT (DSIT)
As Senior Delivery Manager Logistics, you will be accountable for all the deliveries in the logistics area for UD Trucks. This covers areas of both Production Logistics (PL) and Service Parts Operations & Logistics (SPOL). The objectives should be achieved through efficient management of your teams, where you will have delivery managers supporting you. Your mission is to create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation as well as securing the long-term application life cycle. As the leader for the whole logistics solution deliveries, you will need to actively collaborate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a global and multi-cultural environment. To ensure business continuity, quality focus is as a must have value for you to demonstrate and engage to the team. Result driven and customer focused mind-set will also be essential for this position. With your leadership, it is expected to build and strengthen the competence and engagement of the team continuously.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Accountable for the delivery of all IT solutions’ delivery in Logistics area run-time, and contribute to one-time deliveries aligning with business partner function.
• Drive to maintain and improve a high-quality deliveries in the scope, reaching established KPIs and standards.
  Financial responsibilities for deliveries in the scope.
• Collaborations with business partner teams and key stakeholders in the area, on delivery, roadmap, and other tactical and strategical topics.
• Manage deliveries with both internal team and resources, as well through multiple partners effectively.
• Represent in various steering committees in the scope of area.
• Build up and maintain the core and strategic competence for this area, both from domain and business knowledge view and IT technical view.
• Nurturing a learning culture for the team.
• Build and maintain the team with high performance and engagement.
• Actively participate and contribute to Solution Delivery’s management team on various topics.
• Collaboration with ISUZU teams in IT in related area and topics.

• Follow UD Trucks authorization policies and guidelines

Minimum qualifications

• Share common values with UD Values, Code of Conduct, high ethical standards
• 10+ years of experience in IT solution delivery and 5+ years’ experience in delivery management.
• Knowledge and experience in Logistics domains for automotive industry is a must.
• Overall knowledge of UD solutions landscapes especially in Logistics area.
• Proven experience on leading leader and teams in a global and multi culture context.
• Experienced in managing partners/suppliers to deliver IT services.
• Ability to work in complex scenarios and deliver high quality results.
• Strong quality mindset and experience in managing business critical solutions preferred.
• Passionate and experienced in developing and coaching people
• Strong on effective communications, experience in stakeholder management.
• Result driven and strong sense of urgency.
• Information technology and related university degree preferred
• Fluent English is a must
